Jim Burr is an internationally recognized astronomer, inventor, and Christian speaker. As the founder of JMI Telescopes, he has pioneered numerous innovations in telescope design, holding multiple patents including the popular Moto Focus and Moto Dec systems. His telescopes have even been used by NASA for Mars communication testing. Jim blends science and faith through dynamic seminars and television programs, including “The Heavens Declare” series aired on 3ABN. He has lectured across North America, Europe, Australia, and Russia, captivating audiences with insights on astronomy and creation. With over four decades of experience, Jim continues to inspire curiosity and wonder about the universe—pointing to the Creator through the heavens above.
